Evil Campaign: Session 1

This campaign started with my character Rona reporting to her current boss. She reported her successful interrogation of a half hag who was involved in a house takeover. She also received another job, she was to gather information as to what a new arrival was up to. They wanted to know his name and the name of his companions. Where he hid his loot, and who sent him. She accepted the job and her price was 100,000 gold.

On the way to meet up with Shiori's character(Amelia) I came upon her being attacked by a rapist and a group of merc's. I managed to save her with the help of a Shadow Brother named Maliki. We managed to collect a bounty on the rapist of 2,000 gold each.

Rona and Amelia continued on to the Bloody Wench to spy on them. We met Gherkin and some other dwarves and played cards with them. My chance to covertly seek information was foiled by Amelia being a tad heavy handed. So after that we continued on to the tournament where we met Jericho and Espa. We discovered Jericho was our target and since our chance to covertly gather the information was ruined I decided to build a working relationship with Jericho and gave him the opportunity to pass the information he wanted along. He accepted and asked in return for us to set up a meeting with the leader of the 3rd house (the one I was contracted by).

Information Gathered:

• Names: Jericho, Espa, Gherkin
• Why are they here:  They are trying to gather money to fix their ship and establish trade routes.
• Who sent them: No one.
• Where is their stash: Its in the building that was searched only the searchers did not look between the levels of the building.
• Why are they meeting the other houses: To make agreements for trading routes.

We were also met by a gentlemen bearing a note for myself and Amelia offering a job gathering information for the hell-cleavers on the surface. The pay offered was 200,000 gold.

I went back to report the information and set up the meeting after arranging for Maliki to be on the roof of Dom's (the meeting place that was chosen). After meeting with my employer and setting up the meeting (a representative would be going for him) I headed back and let Jericho know of the time.

With Jericho and Espa I headed back to Dom's place but we found that the representative of Mask that was also working for the 3rd house had killed the leader and took his place. He and Jericho met and came to an agreement. Meanwhile Maliki knowing he was in deep shit with his house head killed, decided to kill some of the guards and flee. After taking up my offer to travel with us on another job to the surface.

Maliki was unlucky however and was caught though he managed to escape again. He was seriously wounded and burned. My character healed him as much as she could and began making a burn salve that would reduce his scarring. To hide him Espa made a ring of sex change, when he put it on he discovered a new tattoo of mask on his chest and that instead of just a temporary sex change he was stuck as a woman. The mark on his chest told us this was Mask's doing another of his tests.

Amelia and I headed back to Dom's to sleep and the next morning we went to the ship again to pick up Mel for shopping.
